A modular and travelling exhibition, Corpo Mundo - Avant lecture et à usage des sens, invites us to take a different path through the writings and images that embody the plural voices of the book of the same name published by Arrangement Provisoire. Composed of photographs, listening boxes with audio extracts from the book's texts and materials to touch, as well as a balanced installation and practices to be activated by visitors.
This participatory exhibition is an invitation to pursue the reflections deployed in the book through the experience of the senses, to make perceptible the dialogue of elements that make the world become world permanently. With this editorial project, Jordi Galí and Vânia Vaneau invite us to immerse ourselves in their choreographic practices, surrounded by critics, journalists and researchers, as well as an anthropologist, a photographer, a mathematician, a visual artist and a Zen monk.
The exhibition Corpo Mundo - Avant lecture et à usage des sens was conceived and inaugurated at ICI-CCN in Montpellier in September 2024, and can be reinstalled and adapted to different locations and formats.
