BABEL - Outdoor participative performance

Experience the rise of a 12-metre tower... in your hands or in front of your eyes!
BABEL is a unique collective experience: a 12-metre tower, built from wood and rope, is manipulated live by 25 people. It's a spectacular, poetic performance that brings together the body, architecture and public space.
👉 At 4.30pm, take part in an introductory workshop open to all (no skills required). You'll discover the gestures and listening skills needed to bring this huge structure to life.
👉 At 6.30pm, it's time for the performance! The tower rises, pitches and falls again... a ballet of forces and coordination that transforms utopia into reality.
✨ A powerful, collective and sensory moment, echoing the silhouette of the neighbouring Pencil Tower.
